Julius Lymos is a citizen of upper level Clorencia City, and claims to be related to the Lymos family from Paravo. Julius first appears in 0108: Illecebrous; Oliver discovers Julius and Brigitte wandering recklessly through the streets of the 5th level in search of The Gaslight, an infamous burlesque show. Julius appears to well on his way to becoming drunk.
Julius is relieved of his wallet and the wad of cash by Oliver as a lesson in taking the crime and villainy of the lower levels more seriously. Whether Julius learns from the lesson remains to be seen.
